I use my Galaxy Note 5 to draw and i just wanna know if there's a feature for collaborative drawing on here? Like there was for iscribble.net (RIP) Kthanks. Chat seems to be buggy.

You need to have a certain level of points to be able to chat. There was a string of abusive throw away accounts for a bit so the base score had to be instituted. I think it's between 100-500 points. Each vote you get is 10 pts.
