I don't get the whole hyping of drones. Whether the pilot's in the vehicle or on the ground isn't the issue, it's the military's over-eagerness to press the fire button that's the problem.

@Joe HF I agree that's a way more important issue, but I think the issue with drones specifically is collateral damage.

@magicalhobo I don't think there's any more collateral damage from drones than there is from regular airstrikes. Statistically, civilian casualties have been 5-20% from drone airstrikes, compared to as much as 40-60% from pilots dropping bombs.
