It went from a Sketch with a Preference To this. I'd like to know how to draw the ocean/water. >.<
That's a really cool reference. I think you could get a glow effect on the heart by using the down arrow key to decrease brightness, and making smaller and smaller outlines of the heart.

@Primmie Basically use the same technique, but using long horizontal strokes as you get closer to the center. And start with a darker color.
